Pros

For the most part I had nice coworkers The discount is nice

Cons

-Dishonest company - lied to by management multiple times -No 15 minute breaks - you have to stand for 5-6 hours straight with no lunch/no 15 min breaks -You rarely have a Sunday off even though they tell you you only have to work one per month -Customers get really upset about coupons not working (which is understandable) -A lot of work for little pay in my opinion

Pros

Decent wages for full time associates and up, a lot of paid time off, flexible hours during the off season.

Cons

Corporate turns a blind eye to upper management who mistreat associates, preferring to brush issues under the rug as long as sales remain solid.
