Pros

Offers great benefits, promotions, bonuses, yearly raises, holiday, vacation and sick time off and paid for, etc! The team I have worked with has been truely great and amazing to me. The president and owners are very wonderful. I still have yet to meet the CEO but I am pretty sure he is also very awesome as well. A company that does truely care for their staff! Have love every part of my job even though I've only been employed with bell just literally a few days under a year. But has been truely amazing!

Cons

Cant think of a single con so far! I mean yea sure some days at work are better than others but that's every where you go! I wouldnt change a single thing to be honest. As far as how the company is being ran anyways. It's good.

Pros

Great benefits and training. The company is good and they treat you well.

Cons

No advancement for minorities. With a company as large as Bell Partners, they should want to see more of their own employees grow and advance. They rather get rid of experienced employees to bring in new hires so they don’t have to pay them as much.

It’s good to know that you are pleased by our benefits and training. Both our Benefits Department and Training department are always working hard to ensure they are providing value. You are right, we should want to see more of our employees grow and advance. And we do. We’ve implemented a lot of tools this year to make it easier to develop and surface internal talent. We want to make sure that people can grow here, and provide opportunities for them to stay here as they develop. We hope those improvements are effective.

Pros

There are truly no pros to working for Bell even with a good salary

Cons

The regionals are lazy and also do not support you. They do not know what they are doing and are not supervised themselves so they hang out with their family and buy items for their new build and swimsuits during work hours rather than helping their team.
