Corrupt At Every Level

Pros

I wouldn’t say there are any pros. Every interaction at this company was negative.

8 different people left my department in a 60 day timeframe and we only had a team of 12. There was a leader that bullied employees who were pregnant on multiple occasions and our boss did nothing about it. She ended up “leaving” the company after they found out what she did but she should have been fired. She went to work for another large management company instead and I am guessing none of them know what she did to us. When HR found out, they just tried covering it up and never tried to take care of the situation. Many of our clients were racist and treated the POC differently but instead of taking up for the employees the leadership team just shuffled around portfolios to make it go away. The leader of my team would say inappropriate things to us that she always got away with and the upper management didn’t care. We found out there was a delta of $30k in pay from several people who all had the same job title and that’s when people started dropping like flies. Do not work here.
