      Good salary and good benefits.

      I was terminated with no warning or previous coaching, just four days after reporting their unfair housing practices to ownership.

      Bell Partners is a great company to work for. They really do care for their residents and like to promote from within

      Cons

      Working at a property that is managed by Bell but not owned by Bell is very challenging because owner policies override Bell policies and makes it more difficult to get things addressed and approved.
