      Awesome company

      Pros

      Bell has a great culture. They are truly concerned about the employees as individuals and will work with you to help you grow. I have seen changes in policy over the past few years that were a result of the company surveys. They truly do care about the employees, residents as well as partners with the company.

      Cons

      I would not consider this a con but some would. There are many long term employees at Bell. The downside to that is some positions do not become available often. The longevity just shows what a great company this is.
