      -All Bell team members are amazing to work with. - Great Benefits - Great work/life balance is important to everyone -Great raining -Amazing culture - Bell does not micromanage but they are there for you always. - We give back. - We really do care and our executive team cares too. - Bell allows leaders to be leaders

      - So many departments some times it is tough to figure out which one does what.

      Pros

      I have nothing bad to say. worked here years ago, my property was sold so I had to leave unfortunately. Wanted to get back and finally did. This is a company that actually cares about its employees. They offer so much training because they want you to succeed. I don't plan on ever leaving on my own. Had to wait too long to get back.

      Cons

      unfortunately if your property is sold or they don't manage anymore, you can loose your job.
