      Pros

      Company is constantly growing and taking on new properties. A lot of opportunity to work at new properties and learn the industry.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, very cliquey. Higher ups play favorites and don't always discuss growth opportunities with those seeking advancement, but rather who they want to keep on their teams.

      Bell really cares about their associates. Lots of opportunities on the east coast.

      Cons

      Growth in the west is slow. Communication regarding opportunities and growth needs improvement.
