Pros

NONE AT ALL DO NOT WORK HERE

Cons

Previous Manager with Bell Partners. This company used to be great, however it is now a JOKE. Upper management is awful to work with, Human Resources is disgusting in the way they handle covid-19. If you do contract the virus, you are told DO NOT tell your co-workers or your staff anything. THEY DO NOT care about the safety of their employees, or their residents... they only care that their property is bringing in money, that is all. Upper management does not treat staff with respect. They view everyone as a number that can be replaced. They pretend that they care about our safety and well being but they do not. The president of the company sends videos out company wide of her safe in her home, and speaks on how much time she gets to spend with her family now that covid-19 has affected the company. Bragging as the staff is working with the public, with no hazard pay, but tells everyone on site to be safe out there! If you get the virus, guess what? You're using your vacation time to cover your time. Do yourself a favor, and work for a company where their " core values" are REAL, and where you will actually be appreciated as an employee. I am disgusted by Bell Partners, Evicting residents that were affected by the pandemic, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Thank you for taking the time to send in this review. We appreciate your time in doing so. Regarding COVID, each associate is given COVID Pay if they are positive, exposed, or family exposed etc. before any sick time or vacation time is required to be used. If you or someone you work with was not given this option please let us know so that can be corrected. The pandemic was and is still a fluid situation that no one had experience with, but we added several new and SAFE digital innovations that created opportunities for our associates to work and earn money for themselves and families while being safe and aware of the changing pandemic conditions. If you are interested in a further conversation we are here to speak with you also. Please contact us at Careers@BellPartnersInc.com -- Thank you again for taking the time to submit your review.

Pros

The company was more advanced in their technological approach to leasing, having implemented CRM and consistently applying new tools to assist in the leasing process. The values of the company are as a whole very appealing, and it is small enough as a family grown company to have some level of connection. My property was organized, which made the process much less maddening.

Cons

Acquisitions are a part of this Industry. Though I was lead to believe I would have a full time job at the end of an acquisition deal, I was laid off one week prior to the sale. The knowledge was hidden in order to benefit the deal and give an ethical amount of time for the employee to make arrangements and find work. No severance was given, and in the meeting, though I asked for a chance to apply for one of the opening full time positions (as my performance was higher than even one of the full time employees, and I was awarded Top Performer every quarter of my time at Bell, and Star Performer (with 100% ratings in all categories), there was no value placed on me as an employee, and I was let go. As a person that places value on performance, sales targets, customer service, and overall work performance, it came as a shock that this company did not value any of that in their decision to let me go. I left the leasing/property management industry with no regrets, as I believe politics were valued over practical and ethical values. If you are talented in drive, performance, sales, you should invest in a more sensible industry that will value you and compensate you for performance, financially and with basic expectations of job security.

Thank you very much for taking the time to submit such a thorough review. Acquisitions at times are not always handled the same but we hate to hear we potentially gave a good employee a negative experience in transition. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you further about any of your experience working at Bell. We are interested in collecting feedback to learn and to pass on. Please feel free to email us at Careers@BellPartnersInc.com and provide us with more insight into your past experience with us. All feedback can be kept confidential.
