      RVP is terrible

      Pros

      Not having to deal with the RVP. They only come to town every couple of months and normally only see their favorite brown nosing managers.

      Cons

      To much favoritism from RVP's. They gossip more than focus on their duties. If you have a problem, you're entire region knows. Open door policy means more gossip for them.

      Very understaffed & under trained personnel sent to communities to fill in a and help run offices . This is also called " training ". Very condescending " trainers" .

      Pros

      While employed I made slightly above average pay. Not micro-managed by corporate level or regional level management. This also could be viewed as a con.

      Cons

      Horrible treatment from ill trained and undeserving management. No training to speak of. No promotion without being in with the "in crowd". Not encouraged to offer customer service.
