      The property was being updated which was nice.

      Cons

      Management does not listen to their employees needs, horribly low pay and commission structure. No room for growth.

      Proud to Be Bell!

      Pros

      I worked for Bell for a little over a year at 2 properties. Even though each property was in a different town, they both implemented the Bell culture. Each property becomes its own family, which creates a pleasant work environment. You develop relationships with residents and prospects. Compensation for leasing apartments is fair, as well as yearly raises following your review. You are rewarded for your hard work. All training you attend at corporate is pretty fun! Everyone makes you feel welcome - even when you’re “the new guy”.

      Cons

      Each property has its own issues but when you have a great team, it can be overcome. Yardi is frequently updated.
