Pto and health insurance if your boss approved time off. Money is good when there is additional bonuses

Cons

Promises you promotions then gives them to someone else. Then tells you how great you are and decides to make you a trainer and not move you up

Leaving much to be wanted

Pros

Their 401K contributions were the best part. They do match up to a certain amount.

Cons

Not much room for promotion if you are a woman of color. They also have a high turn over rate. Compared to some other companies the rates of commissions are very low.
