      Decent pay, good benefits, paid time off, holidays, sick time,

      Very demanding, lots of paperwork, hard work often not seen or understood by management, some properties require grounds duty every on-call weekend whether called in or not.

      Bell Partners is a great company to work for. They really do care for their residents and like to promote from within

      Cons

      Working at a property that is managed by Bell but not owned by Bell is very challenging because owner policies override Bell policies and makes it more difficult to get things addressed and approved.
