      Pros

      The technology used at this company for onsite personnel is amazing, leadership is great, the budget is supportive and the company core values are priority.

      Cons

      The hiring process can be lengthy, most all of the training is online and this does not work well for all staff members and the company could really benefit from a Maintenance Regional Manager to ensure that the service side of things are running as they should be.....or a second set of eyes.

      While employed I made slightly above average pay. Not micro-managed by corporate level or regional level management. This also could be viewed as a con.

      Cons

      Horrible treatment from ill trained and undeserving management. No training to speak of. No promotion without being in with the "in crowd". Not encouraged to offer customer service.

      hhmm. no. smart enough to fire anyone before they get sued. :)

      Cons

      Hr is a joke. They are unfair. They assume everything is true, when they do not even investigate. They fire everyone to not deal with them. Bell is most known for firing people for NO REASON. They will lie and make things up to the point where its sad. On two occasions, they fired 3 or 4 different people in a week simply people someone lied and yelled out discrimination. Human resources are a bunch of airheads.
