      Always reviewing their benefits Decent vacation

      Cons

      No work life balance in the marketing department. Extremely high turnover due upper management lacking the ability to lead by example and step in as a team player when there is no staff left. Very disorganized department structure that has had to revamp with continuous issues to hire additional help. 5 team members left within a 5 months span. Upper management in the department is just worried about the company image of the department than actually fixing the internal struggles.

      Benefits were standard-Medical, dental, vision, 401k etc

      Cons

      Property managers not always held accountable for actions/attitudes Regional managers out of touch with onsite operations Not much room for growth in certain markets

      Ok pay. Catered food options.

      Cons

      Slogans and mottos are for show. “We care we deliver” is a joke. Weak upper management. Promotions are based increasing diversity not actual ability. Inconsistent practices. Human Resources does nothing to help.
