      Disappointing Leadership and a Toxic Work Environment

      Pros

      Some great colleagues at the lower levels genuinely care about their work. Decent benefits and occasional company events.

      Cons

      Upper management is rude, dismissive, and often deceptive. They make promises they don’t keep and mislead employees about growth opportunities. Lack of transparency—decisions are made behind closed doors with little to no communication to the team. A toxic culture where favoritism runs rampant and those who raise concerns are ignored or pushed out. High turnover due to poor leadership and unrealistic expectations.

      Good Company, but hourly not great

      - Company core values - Listens to suggestions - Good team members and support - $100 commission per lease - DEI focused

      Cons

      - Base pay is low for industry. I took a pay cut to work here, as I have found out others have even in other positions.
