      Pros

      The core values are a great foundation and the majority of Bell Partners is lovely.

      Cons

      The PNW region is impossible to grow in if you aren’t already friends with the regionals managers. New positions go to their friends, not to loyal internal candidates. Folks don’t stick around for very long when they realize that there is nowhere to grow.

      Pros

      I’ve only been with Bell Partners Inc for seven months, but I’ve been really impressed. The bonuses are excellent, the pay plus commission is solid, and the benefits are fantastic. Bell genuinely provides a lot for its employees. They regularly organize meetings for all departments to connect and share insights about our company’s commitments and policies. I can definitely see myself building a long-term career at Bell.

      Cons? Honestly, I don't have any. My manager, team, and regional manager are all wonderful!
