Managment problems: promises made, but not kept, no loyalty to employees, mangers with no skills or experience managing people. Team -work training a requirement for employees, but my management had never been through it nor had any intention or desire to do so. How important could it really be?

Trainers don't have management experience and are inexperienced in handling resident issues and incorrectly receiving deposits/ admin/ app fees. Middle management is incompetent in training as well and doesn't spend enough time with you to teach you anything. They blow through your log ins and expect you to know how to maneuver each program that they are aware you are inexperienced with. You must work 11+ hours per day to complete all duties and they remove your staff to train staff at other properties. You are not given a work computer to work from home.
