Pros

Offers high pay but does not require a degree. Offers growth Executive leadership truly cares Exposure to executives and ownership Great benefits

Cons

Virtues and best practices vary from region to region. In the DFW region, entire teams have been let go without reason. Leadership likes to remind you how disposable you are until you try to leave - they'll offer money and promises of growth if you stay. RMs regularly unload on their CMs but do not provide support when it's requested (seems like this trickles from the top down). "if it's between [their] job and mine, I have to do what's best for me" has been heard from more than one RM and epitomizes the culture issues. Extremely competitive atmosphere (not in a good way.) Lots of staff turnover.

They Pay On-Time

The good thing is your paycheck is always on-time and doesn't bounce.

Cons

It can be surprisingly like a fraternity - you're either part of the "in crowd" or you're excluded and ignored.

Pros

They are very flexible and understanding - AMAZING work-life balance! They hire good people, so team atmosphere is second to none. They trust you to do your job and do it well, no micromanaging. They believe in second chances - assuming your integrity is not in question. They celebrate birthdays and are very supportive with big life events.

Cons

They are not passionate about promoting from within. If you want to get promoted or want to take trainings/certifications, you need to speak up! Make sure you are speaking up long before budgets are due so they can budget for it. They tend to under-pay their staff and are not open to negotiation if it is not budgeted.
