      Pros

      Benefits aren’t really bad they have good coverage.

      Cons

      Favoritism is at an all time high with this company. They will over work you and not show any appreciation. They pick and choose who they want to discipline. Properties are not maintained the way they should be. They don’t care about their employees and it’s an unhealthy work environment. Property manager will try to make you miserable and no one will listen because all upper management teams up on you.
