      Pros

      I have been with Bell Partners for a little over 90-days and have been extremely satisfied with my decision to switch companies. Bell not only welcomed me with open arms but ensured that I am set up for success from day one. From the culture to training, Bell leaves no stone unturned.

      Cons

      I have not had any bad experiences thus far. I have been in the industry 30+ years and although I am slightly overwhelmed with some of Bell's platforms, my Bell Buddy is a phone call away and is always willing to help answer any questions I may have. AND I love a good challenge!!!
