      housing stipend is nice but doesn't correlate with wage inflation

      Great For Structure - Bad For Time Management

      Pros

      Compensation is good, Discount to live onsite, Decent Bonuses. Company Award Ceremonies. Training is good. Structure and organization is great. Room to grow within the company. Transfer Nationwide. Once you get in routine with reporting and meetings you will be fine. Weekly calls with Regionals, Managers, and property owners to collaborate.

      Cons

      Uses Yardi Software which crashes a lot, IT can take a long time to help with issues. Excruciating amount of reports (don't expect to leave your desk much). Too many different places/folders to upload resident information, Too many different apps to download on your personal phone and on your computer.
