      Disappointing Leadership and a Toxic Work Environment

      Pros

      Some great colleagues at the lower levels genuinely care about their work. Decent benefits and occasional company events.

      Cons

      Upper management is rude, dismissive, and often deceptive. They make promises they don’t keep and mislead employees about growth opportunities. Lack of transparency—decisions are made behind closed doors with little to no communication to the team. A toxic culture where favoritism runs rampant and those who raise concerns are ignored or pushed out. High turnover due to poor leadership and unrealistic expectations.

      The pay is consistent and employee apartment discounts (If your property has any available)

      Cons

      No employee retention No raises Lack of growth Worthless health insurance even with the premium plan Cliche "be grateful for being picked for extra work with no compensation or recognition" of any corporation Completely out of touch with property needs or lack of concern with correcting issues if it means spending money Incompetent upper management filled with under qualified opportunists
