      - Welcome Gift / Specific Training Days - Feels like family - Trust there employees / Open to suggestions - Room to grow - Not so many Reports - Communication -Great Regional and Bell Buddy

      Cons

      Work/ Life Balance can be better for Community Managers as they are required to be on site everyday and on call on the weekends - The opportunity to come in earlier allowing there employees to leave at 5 would be better especially if the employee does not live on property and they live a far distance from the community assigned to.
