      Pros

      While employed here it was probably the best company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Management from the top down lies. They will have quarterly staff meetings to tell you that business is good, then surprise you on a random Monday morning with a layoff.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. National company. Core values that are real.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Out of touch senior management, for example Yardi was rolled out and no one has a clue on how to correct the issues. I have used Yardi at another company and it was wonderful.

      Pros

      Before it went so horribly wrong, I felt like I was valued and a part of something bigger than just my property. I left valued and respected.

      Cons

      They have zero loyalty to the employee. HR doesn't do what they train YOU to do. Where is the consistency? The feedback? The counseling? The write up(s)?
