Pros

Its better than some companies, but overall its okay for property management. It could be a lot better. Better to work with ethical and moral values than false ones.

Cons

Cooperate Favorites are not always the best options for companies. Eventually their loyalty will run out. People should be the highest priority.

Pros

There are no pros that I can think of at this time. Probably my least favorite property management company. It is probably best that you know someone in management for proper treatment as an employee.

Cons

Poor working conditions and environment provided. You will not get to know your higher ups. You will be lucky if they visit your property. They don’t even want you to reach out to them honestly. I entered a resignation letter and it was NEVER acknowledged once. Very unprofessional.

Cons

Low starting pay compared to local cost of living. Poor support from management.
