      A job that can be rewarding and has good job security. Great morals and values that employees seem to follow

      Corporate seems to be a little behind the times with things like pay and pto. Policies and procedures can get confusing across the board.

      Pros

      Great structure for onboarding and starting at your new property. Extra ways to earn income and bonuses. Very transparent company and I can tell very quickly they are all about promoting within.
