      Great pay, great benefits, entry level, quick climb when you apply yourself, supportive teams, company employee surveys to improve overall satisfaction.

      Cons

      High weekend work, location and age of apartment complex really play a part in the residents you have to work with.

      Always reviewing their benefits Decent vacation

      Cons

      No work life balance in the marketing department. Extremely high turnover due upper management lacking the ability to lead by example and step in as a team player when there is no staff left. Very disorganized department structure that has had to revamp with continuous issues to hire additional help. 5 team members left within a 5 months span. Upper management in the department is just worried about the company image of the department than actually fixing the internal struggles.
