Management is horrible! Very cliquey, racist, gossipy, and mean. There is no safe space. If you have a grievance you will feel you’ll have to keep it to yourself. Even the regional manager said not to make waves with complaints because it would ruin your chances for career advancement. You just have to deal with the isolation and segregation. If you do something management doesn’t like they will whisper about you in the office, and won’t even speak to you. It’s been such a sad time. Truly affecting my mental and physical health. This new experience in project management will be my last. Bell properties seem to have a reoccurring theme. Horrible management skills and there is no safe space. Everyone knows everyone and will not help you unless you are a part of their “group” or if you’re not a minority.
