      1. The benefits are great, and what the company does is really good. 2. Most of the people are genuine and great to work with.

      Cons

      Don't buy into the mantra "Bell Cares". Unusually high turnover in IT. This should tell you all you need to know. I feel it all starts at that top and trickles down. The teams are understaffed and constantly under high amounts of stress. The workload is crazy and the expectations are unreasonable and aren't attainable as things sit now.

      They give you a 40% discount as long as they are the owners and management company of your complex.

      Cons

      You may endure racism even from managers.
