      Pros

      There are no pros that I can think of at this time. Probably my least favorite property management company. It is probably best that you know someone in management for proper treatment as an employee.

      Cons

      Poor working conditions and environment provided. You will not get to know your higher ups. You will be lucky if they visit your property. They don’t even want you to reach out to them honestly. I entered a resignation letter and it was NEVER acknowledged once. Very unprofessional.

      Big promises small delivery

      Pto and health insurance if your boss approved time off. Money is good when there is additional bonuses

      Cons

      Promises you promotions then gives them to someone else. Then tells you how great you are and decides to make you a trainer and not move you up
