Tight-Knit Community with the Usual Issues in Higher Education

Strong community, lively campus, students are great, new President is moving in the right Direction

Cons

No room for advancement for younger professionals, Senior leadership and governing boards are out of touch with the younger generations, decisions are made without the newer and younger professionals in mind (i.e. Salary Cuts, Benefit Reductions, "the Bellarmine Way," etc.). Divide between treatment of faculty and staff, especially regarding Covid. Pays less than a public school.
