Pros

Friendly department, beautiful campus, the students are mostly nice and engaged

Cons

Adjuncts are treated poorly, barely making a living, while the president makes over $500,000 per year. During my work as an adjunct, I would see my students at my second job waiting tables (that I needed to make ends meet).
