Employees ....which change over the years of service. Young employees at least have morals. Sad isn't it.

Cons

Everything else. Over advertised. Sick of seeing this job ruin good people. Stop hiring felons. Employee's getting wasted at work....then working on your car.

Pros

Base pay plus commission is always great. Many managers are super fun and easy-going. If you're a go-getter, moving up to assistant manager is not hard.

Cons

Lots of hours, especially if it's a new store or a high-revenue store. Some days, there will be no commission earned, depending on sales. Company has been desperate to hire assistant managers from outside instead of promoting from within.

It keeps me active. it pay the bills. I get a discount on tires.i like some of the people i work with.

Cons

I do not like the way after closing they continue to take work orders in and expect everyone to stay and do them without asking.
