Pros

The pay was decent. Management and processes are outdated so much.

Cons

The accounting people are totally outdated. The processes are done with the 1980's in mind. If they had a Controller who was updated, they could cut their staff in half by using updated software and processes. If this was a public company, most of the staff would be let go, including upper management due to outdated, time-consuming processes.

The people above you say they have your back and will help you out. But at this establishment a mechanic disrespects the boss customers and employees but never gets in trouble because he is friends with district manager.

Pros

Decent discount on tires, worked with nice people. That's about it.

Cons

Pay is subpar. Started out at $8.50 for a labor intensive job that got me dirty all day. Not worth the pay at all. I was told I would get a raise within 3 months of woking here, that never happened. I was constantly filthy all day and that is one of my biggest pet peeves. Also the hours were horrid, most days it was 7:30am to 8pm. No commission or anything for being a Tire Tech. Not my favorite job.
