Pros

Pay(if you get it), Health insurance is reasonable. Great discount on tires.

Cons

Discounts given to customers are taken out of technician's pay. Poor leadership from management above store level. No paid holidays. Long work days, 10 hours+. Expected to work for free more often than not. Any management above store level are dictators. No constructive criticism, just criticism. Upper management can be very childish and vindictive. They will ask you a question and tell you your answer can not be right. In other words, they don't want your opinion, they prefer to hear their opinion coming from you. They prefer uneducated employees, as they often are unaware they are being taken advantage of. Proper PPE is not provided. If you wear prescription glasses, safety glasses are on you.
