The only pro to this job is the amount of hours you get makes up for the horrible pay.
Cons
For my position I have to do everything the store manager does. I mean everything. With a fraction of the pay and the fraction of the bonus. As a second manager you will make less then the tires techs but still be expected to do tire tech work when the store is busy, There argument to always not paying more is, you will make spiffs. Well when your store manager and 1st assistant steals all online tickets and your working in the shop not getting tickets, you wont be making sales to get spiffs. If your not wanting to work close to 60 hours a week on busy weeks and be complained to by the two people above you that they have to work 53 hours a week, this is not the job for you. the pretend to care about work life balance but they don't you'll work all the time you will be what they want you to be dress the way they want you to dress and look the way they want you to look. your experience in past jobs means nothing because its not been earned threw bell tire academy. The biggest thing about this company is the empty promises. they promise for higher pay or better position during the interview then when you call them out later your told it never happened or you accepted the pay and position so its on you
