Pros

It's a good company with a solid foundation. I think.it is certainly a good place to be if you're willing to push forward.

Cons

Training is weak to say the least. Many opportunities missed to build better teams. Much of the equipment used seems to be out dated and better, safer items exist. I have worked tires nearly 12 years and I think there is room for improvement in standards.

Pros

The work is good exercise It presents the opportunity to get paid for learning and performing necessary maintenance on something most adults have, a vehicle.

Cons

The pay feels middle of the road at best They don't seem to be great at confronting social issues within the work environment. There is no work load balance. New guys get sacked with the hard tasks everyone hates doing. It takes quite some time to start accumulating PTO. Working Mondays and Thursdays 8-8 absolutely blows.
