Successful, but always evolving organization. “If you aren’t growing….” You are encouraged as a leader to challenge the status quo, and empower your team members to submit new ideas and create better processes, creating a circular process improvement environment that did not exist 5-10 years ago.

Cons

Communication and access to already shared information across business units and retail units is a steady work in progress.

I have loved my time on the Belle Tire HR team. Everyone is always willing to help when you have questions. There is open communication and leadership is willing to listen to challenges and new ideas. I never feel like I am left in the dark about things going on in our department. The company is very fast-paced and there is always something to do or some way you can help someone else on your team. I would recommend Belle Tire to anyone looking to grow their TA/recruiting or Human Resources careers.

Cons

It is a retail organization, so there are not as many paid holidays as other companies and the hours can be longer than other corporate positions. However, they are closed on Sundays.
