Pros

None...the company is okay - gives us shirts, good benefits, flexible hours. But to work for a company that condone the way managers treat their employees is hard to give them a good review.

Cons

The managers feel they can do whatever they want. They insult, degrade and belittle their employees. They put their employees under emotional distress and make derogatory statements. They have no problem making flat out comments to their employees but are very careful in front of customers. No matter how hard someone works, they are not fast enough, good enough or made feel their job is important.

Pros

All newer buildings and equipment

Cons

They make a ton of promises of how much money you can make, to bring you over from their competition. Then make all kinds of excuses when those promises don’t come to fruition. Then make more promises for the next year. This repeats until you wake up and realize you’re just a pawn in their chess game.

Pros

I have no pros, this job sucked.

Cons

I quit Belle Tires. I resigned due to my Boss/Manager refusing to let me seek medical attention due to a injury I sustained on the job from faulty work tools (a blood blister on the thumb, swelling and what feels like a nerve injury from my thumb to my entire hand which causes severe pain anytime I move it and has only gotten worse over the weekend). I was told by the manager I was not allowed to go to the doctor and that my injury will "heal on its own". This has led me to believe that Belle Tires is only interested in overworking their employees (Employees are required to work over 50 hours a week and there is zero flexibility in their scheduling and zero work to life balance) but could care less about their employees wellbeing or health. I choose not subject my body to harsh labor for more then 50 hours a week without being allowed to seek medical attention when I am injured. That is not a company I want to be associated with any longer both employment wise and as a customer. Also no safety training has been completed as well despite working with equipment that can and has caused injuries.
