      PTO, benefits offered, 401k option.

      Cons

      11-13 hour shifts for salaried employees, unobtainable sales goals for bonuses with the amount of employees they calculate each location should have, always understaffed, stressful, and mentally draining.

      There is a limited amount of promoting that can be done through the mechanic role
