      Pros

      Friendly coworkers so you'll never have a boring day, entry level job so if you want to get into cars then it's a great opportunity, amazing discounts on car parts.

      Cons

      Terrible management. At least at my store. Promised raises, but not given until you threatened to quit. Salesman writing things up without actually going out to check the car leaving the technicians with random stuff that couldn't be worked on or would need special attention from the salesman which wasted time and effort.

      There have been a lot of things ive enjoyed about belle tire. One mainly being how easy it is to get along with the staff here. Ive never been at a work place where everyone is nice to eachother and can have a lot of fun and mess around with each other and still get our stuff done
