      Pros

      I left Bridgestone after 8 years and I could not be happier. The culture is better. The DM’s are great. They actually care about the teammates and show it through actions, it’s not just words to them.

      Cons

      None. The only downside is it’s retail and open on Saturday’s but that’s what you get in this business.
