Pros

Employees ....which change over the years of service. Young employees at least have morals. Sad isn't it.

Cons

Everything else. Over advertised. Sick of seeing this job ruin good people. Stop hiring felons. Employee's getting wasted at work....then working on your car.

Pros

Hard working employees were rewarded with bonuses, the opportunity to advance.

Cons

Upper Management is very inconsistent in company wide rules and guidelines, between stores. One store may be allowed to break said rules without any consequences and other stores would face extreme consequences for the same issue. Employees were treated poorly and favoritism was shown by upper management in numerous instances.

Pros

Base pay plus commission is always great. Many managers are super fun and easy-going. If you're a go-getter, moving up to assistant manager is not hard.

Cons

Lots of hours, especially if it's a new store or a high-revenue store. Some days, there will be no commission earned, depending on sales. Company has been desperate to hire assistant managers from outside instead of promoting from within.
