Pros

They will work around your schedule, everyone you work with is friendly, the managers are cool and funny, time flies.

Cons

Sometimes it gets so busy you don't get a moment to sit or think to yourself, it gets frustrating when customers are impatient or mad that something took so long, when it's really busy you have to work fast and sometimes you forget to do stuff or miss a step and it can be easy to mess something up (customers car or tires).

They empower you to do whatever it takes to take care of the customers. They reward you for getting it done

Cons

They expect you to work a lot of hours . It is always busy so you end your day exhausted .

Pros

Decent benefits and perks from the job: tires and parts at cost, possible overtime, discounts on Dell products, work email, free tickets (occasionally) to the Pistons or other venues.

Cons

Long hours, weekends and not for the mentally unstable. Highly competitive! Must maintain certain sales numbers to get bonuses. The pay isn't good without the bonus.
