Pros

Everyone is treated like a human Celebrates radical candor Flexible work environment Supportive management Listens to ideas Allows anyone to work on things they're interested, outside of client work No real hierarchy

Cons

Not everyone is in the right job role so people either wear multiple hats or isn't able to focus entirely on the role they got hired for - but this is also good in that it allows people to be involved Not a ton of upward growth possibilities Only 3 weeks vacation that includes sick days.

Pros

Top to bottom, Bellese supports its employees in doing their best work. Genuine introspection by management results in constant improvement to processes, benefits, and initiatives to make work and employee life better. Co-workers are wonderful people and gifted workers. When I started at Bellese i was worried it might be too good to be true, but so far Bellese has lived up to those expectations.

Pros

The employees support each other despite poor senior leadership

Cons

After the company was sold, the senior management that was brought in by the capital investment firm is horrible. They are dishonest and unsupportive. They have not won a new contract since the new management was brought in.
