Pros
Seems to be a great environment for the in-crowd at the company. Beautiful office, and founders seem like genuinely interested in the wellbeing of their employees.
Cons
Applied for a job listed as full time permanent role, eventually hired as a part-time with casual pay and then abruptly laid off with one day's notice. Received no exit interview or final call, was simply removed from internal platforms and then contacted several weeks later to return technology. Lacking transparency in how roles are hired.
