Pros

The managers and CEO know and care who you are. Plenty of overtime opportunities. Senior shipping techs are very experienced and very helpful training. Paid lunch break. Reimburse your purchase of steel toe shoes. Occasionally bring in catering company to feed all employees. Provided your own radio.

Cons

Mandatory overtime/working Saturday can be issued, but is uncommon.

Pros

You get great benefits. The company as a whole has great opportunity to grow more than it already is. You can move up in the company but depending on your supervisor it can be difficult. There is a lot of overtime and you can basically choose to work more hours if you want.

Cons

Supervisors definitely have their favorites, don't get on their bad side. A lot of overtime can be bad if you would like a life outside of work.
