The culture of the company is clearly one of it's strengths and is a big reason why most people that join Belmark do not leave. I was fortunate enough to be the first Developmental Employee at Belmark as a fresh college graduate 12 years ago. My challenge as an entry level employee was to learn my job, improve the position, document the position and essentially work myself into greater challenges. My understanding of the business has continued to grow and numerous opportunities have been presented to me along the way. I started as an entry-level employee and have grown into a Senior Management position. in this time Belmark also financed my pursuit of a graduate degree as an investment in my future. There is clearly a strong commitment to employee development at Belmark and I will be forever grateful for the opportunities that have been put in front of me.
The commitment to people, process and technology is truly impressive and a big reason why Belmark continues to grow. It has been a great ride to this point and I look forward to the years to come.
