Pros

-Flexible hours (in most cases only if you're part-time). -Managers leave you alone to do your job in peace. -Free lunch meal (not available to overnight shift staff). -Most residents are lovely to work with and are appreciative. -Since this is an assisted living facility (ALF) and residents or their families pay big, BIG $$$ to afford to live here, everything here is of higher quality than a Nursing home and you will not see many of the atrocities committed in a Nursing home (BUT, see my first Con).

Cons

-There seems to be many immoral and manipulative workers here that, although will not be as cruel as some that work in Nursing homes, will still probably send shivers down your spine. -Management guilt trips you if you want to go on vacation, don't seem to care if you have a life outside of work, but why would they? As a PAL/Caregiver you are extremely disposable and another eager Caregiver is ready to take your place at any time. -Rules are usually not followed or manipulated without management's consent, leaving you confused as to how to proceed in certain situations.

Nothing to say about this place. It’s the worst place to work definitely it you drama free and like peace to yourself

Cons

The staff love drama, the manager are very rude and the place look horrible people call themselves being save from the lord but that’s a different story

Very sweet residents THAT IS ALL I can’t think of anything else because everything is just already messed up. I hate working here

Cons

Short staffed Management doesn’t really care for their employees. Low pay Unfair treatment Very unorganized for a new place ( i am talking about the Albany branch ) Just don’t even try this place is Already falling apart people here don’t even know what they’re doing.
