Executive Director at Westlake Hills is a micromanager who has no life and expects her "indentured servants" to work 24/7. Her reputation is well known. Staff is a revolving door with underserved residents and unhappy families. Threats are common operating mode. Not sure why an outstanding national company allows her to continue her reign of terror.

They will hire if you have experience. Offer benefits the employees fairly helpful. The workload is very simple and less stress

Cons

You won't get 40 hours unless you work ot. You will work 6weekwnds straight before you get one off. Mangemenet doesn't care about employees they'll just replace you
